Yesh
and Andy have worked together for more than a decade, as co-executive
leaders and co-founders (Business Development/Marketing) at the
venture-backed startups, Applicast, RedKlay, and Edge Dynamics, and as
consultant/client at ISGN and Persistent. As friends and colleagues for
many years, they share similar business philosophies, centered on value
creation, high ethical standards, and process excellence.
As
a virtual agency, we draw on a pool of talented, senior Silicon
Valley-based resources from specialties such as public relations and
communications, sales training, creative, design, web development,
SEO/SEM, media buying, and event planning and management,
printing and packaging, among others. In addition, we draw on our
offshore partners in India and other locations, when appropriate, to
keep costs low and value high. We have learned over the years where,
when, and how to leverage offshore resources to optimize value.

Yesh
Subramanian (YS)
Yesh
brings a
combination of strategy consulting, business development, sales and
marketing with nearly 25 years of experiences across several verticals.
His passion is developing strategies that create and drive demand. He
specializes in serving both product and services companies with a
particular focus on Outsourcing, Technology and Software-related firms,
as well as those in Life Sciences. His leadership experience has
focused on sizing and breaking-open US markets for new entrants, rapid
methods for building a sales funnel and growing demand, and
establishing channel partnerships that scale. He accomplishes this by
leverage leading-edge marketing tools & technologies to meet
financial objectives.
His experiences include senior positions in Sales, Marketing, and
Market Development. Recently, he was SVP Life Sciences &
Healthcare at Persistent Systems, following his initial role building
Marketing as Chief Marketing Officer at Persistent Systems, one of the
leaders in outsourced software product development. Previously, Yesh
was SVP Marketing & Business Development at ISGN, a leading
Mortgage KPO provider; Interim VP Marketing at Applied Strategies,
focused on consulting to Global Health; VP Business Development at Edge
Dynamics (now iMany); and VP Business Development for Applicast, one of
the first ASPs, delivering Siebel and SAP to customers on demand. Yesh
also brings 7 years of strategy management consulting while at
Strategic Decisions Group, focused on market growth for Fortune 500
clients in the Transportation, Life Sciences, and Financial Services
industries. Yesh holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at
Stanford and an MS & BS in Engineering from Harvey Mudd
College. Yesh also brings knowledge of working in India and Japan.
Andy
Sayare (AS)
Andy
is a senior business executive with nearly 25 years of leadership
experience at technology companies. Andy helps accelerate the growth of
technology companies as an interim VP of Marketing and through
strategic project work with a focus on product marketing, messaging and
positioning. A few of Andy’s recent projects include
messaging and sales tool creation for new products for Salesforce.com;
website, collateral creation, and demand generation programs to help
re-launch Ramco Systems; messaging, validation and pipeline development
of new vertical markets for a real-time BI software firm; messaging and
identity for several channel organizations at Genentech; and messaging
positioning and collateral development for MajescoMastek, an
insurance-industry software provider.
Prior
to consulting, Andy served as co-founder and Vice President of
Marketing of OuterHarbor (now iMany), a venture-backed startup that
delivers channel commerce management solutions to manufacturers. Andy
also served as Vice President of Marketing for RedKlay Solutions (now
Microsoft), an eCommerce platform provider for manufacturers.
Andy served as both Vice President of Marketing and Director of
Technical and Product Marketing for Applicast (now ACS), an Application
Service Provider. Prior to Andy’s marketing roles, he was
Director of Business Solutions for SDG, a strategy consulting firm, and
Director of Advisory Services for DSCI (now IBM), a systems integrator
and application service provider. Andy holds a B.S. degree in
Information Systems Management from USF.
